The Fujikura 80C is a fully robust, core alignment fusion splicer, providing consistent, low loss, splice performance.

The new design streamlines the steps required to complete splices, resulting in greater productivity. ‘Configurable automation’ features allow you to customise the operation of the machine to best suit your particular splicing technique and process.

A new programmable ‘automatic wind protector’ closes and begins the splicing process after clamping the fibres in position or pressing the ‘set’ button. Once the splice is completed, not only is the wind protector opened, but one of the sheath clamps, you decide which, is automatically raised making removal of the fibres fast and easy!

62s-300x300The Fujikura 62C provides active core alignment splice loss performance while utilizing a conventional wind protector and tube heater design. An alternative to the fully automated core-alignment model 70S, the 62S includes an auto-start feature for both the splicing and tube heating process that minimizes the steps necessary to process splices. With a shrink time of 23 seconds with standard splice sleeves, the 62C ensures a high level of productivity. Incorporating the proven ruggedised features pioneered by Fujikura, durability is greatly enhanced by a mirrorless optical system and “severeimpact resistant” monitor. Battery capacity is 200 splices/shrinks. The transit case doubles as a built-in or mobile workstation and makes splicing easier than ever.

22s-300x300The 22s is designed for high-end FTTH splicer applications in FTTX, Data Center / LAN and Access Networks.

22s offers an active V-Groove alignment single fibre splicer for reliable and improved splicing performance for a range of different fibres; SMF, MMF, DSF, NZDSF.

Applicable from 125μm cladding diameter/up to 3mm sheath diameter fibres with sheath clamp.

22s provides advanced capabilities; including splice result storage of 200 splices, 5-16mm short cleave length splicing .

70r-300x300The Fujikura 70R is a fully ruggedized fusion splicer for ribbon optical fiber. The new design streamlines the steps required to complete splices, resulting in greater productivity. “Configurable automation” features allow you to customize the operation of the machine to best suit your particular splicing technique and process. A new programmable “automatic wind protector” closes and begins the splicing process after clamping the fibers in position or pressing the “set” button. Once the splice is completed the wind protector is automatically opened making removal of the fibers fast and easy! Similarly, the “clamshell” design of the tube heater clamps the splice splice protection sleeve and applies heat from both sides which results in a reduced shrink time of just 40 seconds.
